The change
We believe in getting better, in what we do, everyday.
The isolation of participants – which means closing them in a room for several days and delivering them a “training” (as traditionally happens) – will not bring any desired change in their lives or in the company. They will return to the initial environment and, slowly, they will return to previous practices or, in the best case, they will apply only a portion of what they have accumulated, without assuring a unified vision and a change of substance.
Therefore, as the third step of the development ADA, TSP (smartprojects.ro) has provided a stage dedicated to “application”. We stand by the people or teams who went through our program and help them apply their knowledge, using skills that have been developed, and determine the improvement of the processes and the procedures used in their company.
They will determine through influence and collaboration an environmental change and a system change (not vice versa).
This step will include sessions such as:
- Follow-up
- Coaching
- Consulting
